The use of the mountaineering stick

1Adjustment length

Standing on the plane with a handheld mountaineering stick, all the mountaineering sticks are loosened first, the arm is drooping naturally, the elbow is supported, the forearm is raised to the heel arm 90 degrees, and then all the sticks of the mountaineering stick are locked. The adjustment should not exceed the maximum adjustment length shown on the mountaineering staff; do not exceed “ stop” mark, otherwise the mountaineering staff will break easily.

2Use the wristband correctly:

The impact of the climbing staff on the downhill should be carried to our arms by the wristbands; while the thrust of the arm is passed through the wristband to the uphill by the wristband on the upslope, the wrist should not go directly above the wrist band and grab the handle, but should take the wristband up, from the wrist band. Put the tape into the palm of our hands and then gently grab the handle and support the mountaineering through the wrist instead of holding the hand tightly. If you have a belt button and make a slight adjustment, remember not to affect the operation of the mountaineering staff.
